Spiral type heat exchanger is unique in its style with high performance in industrial use nowadays. This type of heat exchanger is featured in its high temperature resistance and high quality for long service, compared with traditional type of Plate And Frame Heat Exchanger and Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger. 

What is spiral heat exchanger?

Spiral plate heat exchanger is made of two plates, forming two uniform spiral channels, two heat transfer medium can carry out full countercurrent flow, greatly enhancing the heat exchange effect. 

The nozzle (flang) on the shell adopts tangential structure, and the local resistance is small. Because the curvature of the spiral channel is uniform, the liquid flows in the equipment without large steering, and the total resistance is small, so the design flow rate can be improved to make it have a higher heat transfer capacity. 

One of the channels can be disassembled for cleaning, especially for heat exchange of viscous and precipitated liquids. When a single device cannot meet the requirements of usage, it can be used in combination with multiple devices.
