Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger for Air Conditioning

Using refrigerant to exchange heat with air, dryer thereby condensate the water drop from air as the temperature falls to dew point 2-10 Degree Celsius.

Many industries put forward requirements in terms of air humidity and pressure, etc. during processing, and that paves the way for air dryer in places such as petroleum processing, food and beverage processing, and many more.

At the same time, Brazed plate heat exchanger, as core components in the dryer, has a huge impact on the performance of the air dryer.

To make sure our BPHE meets the safety requirement, we have our CE certificate approved. And as for the raw material, we are using AISI 316 plates, and pure copper strips. The two will be shaped and then collected, and welded inside a vacuum furnace.

After helium detection and related safety test, the exchangers are packed and shipped to required destination.
