Introduction

Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger equipment, suitable for steam-vapor, vapor-liquid, liquid-liquid, and heat transfer to liquid. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

Structure

The Spiral plate heat exchanger is formed by stacking two long steel plates and rolling them together. Each plate is welded with fixed distance columns, which creates a certain distance between the two plates to form heat exchanger.  The connections can be Flange and other types.

The spacer column plays the role of supporting the steel plate to resist the fluid pressure, and also increasing the turbulence when the fluid flows in the heat exchange channel, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency. The temperature of the two fluids flowing through the adjacent two channels is different, and they conduct heat transfer through the spiral steel plate to achieve the purpose of heat exchange.
