After the corrugated plate is welded around it, it is affected and restricted by thermal stress during operation, which causes the inner side of the plate to expand and contract freely, and it is not easy to form a scale layer on the surface of the plate.

4. Compact structure and small footprint

The fully welded plate heat exchanger has a compact structure, a wide range of expansion and contraction for applicable space conditions, and can be freely exchanged. The heat exchange area per unit area is 2-5 times that of the Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger, and there is no need to reserve the maintenance space for drawing out the tube bundle. When the same heat exchange task is realized, the floor space of the all-welded plate heat exchanger is about It is 1/6-1/10 of the shell and tube heat exchanger, which can greatly reduce the capital investment cost.
