What is the Welded Plate Heat Exchanger?

1. High heat transfer efficiency

In the plate bundle, the all-welded plate heat exchanger adopts a Plate And Frame Heat Exchanger. Its complex fluid flow pattern can be generated by changing the shape and spacing of the plates, thereby exerting its heat transfer to a certain extent. When the Reynolds number is several hundred, the turbulent flow effect can be achieved and high heat transfer performance can be obtained.

2. Small pressure loss

The unique plate structure can make the fluid fill the flow channel formed by the plate. In this case, all the plate surfaces are involved in heat exchange. In the flow channel, the medium can flow without dead zone, and then in a certain extent, the consumption of kinetic energy can be reduced, and the operating cost can be further saved.

3. Not easy to scale

After the corrugated plate is welded around it, it is affected and restricted by thermal stress during operation, which causes the inner side of the plate to expand and contract freely, and it is not easy to form a scale layer on the surface of the plate.

4. Compact structure and small footprint

The heat exchange area per unit area is 2-5 times that of the Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger, and there is no need to reserve the maintenance space for drawing out the tube bundle.
