Flange interface, in terms of appearance, has two types: round flange and square flange. The round flange interface form is widely used and is also the most common one. 2. The looper flange interface is often used in special working conditions, such as replacing a titanium flange. Because the titanium flange is small and difficult to make, it is usually a titanium flange looper flange plus a 316L flange. In this case, the medium flowing through the medium is made of titanium, which can protect the plate exchanger from corrosion.
3. Threaded interface, also known as wire connection and threaded connection. Some smaller models of heat exchangers cannot be equipped with flanges, so threaded interfaces will be used, or threaded interfaces are commonly used in food-grade heat exchangers.
4. The quick-connect interface has a clamp connection, also called a groove connection, which serves as a connection seal. Grooved connection pipe fittings mainly consist of three parts: sealing rubber rings, clamps and locking bolts. Used in working environments with high hygiene requirements, such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical and life science industries.
