What is the tube in tube heat exchanger?

It applies Seamless Pipe heat exchanger to indirect heating of products, connected by Flange or clamp, and its technical performance is comparable to imported advanced equipment of the same kind. It is suitable for instantaneous ultra-high temperature sterilization and pasteurization of products, such as milk, ketchup, juice, coffee drinks, margarine, ice cream, beverages, pharmaceutical liquid and other liquid materials, and can also be used for high viscosity large and liquid containing fibers and granules.

What are the adavantages of Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger?


(1) The direction of heat transfer can be carried out in both directions, from the outside to the inside or from the inside to the outside; the traditional gravity heat pipe can only be transferred from the evaporation section to the condensation section and cannot be transferred in the reverse direction.

(2) The relative gravity field direction can be placed at will, from vertical to parallel; the traditional gravity heat pipe cannot be perpendicular to the gravity field direction.

(3) Due to the casing type heating pipe heat exchanger heat transfer distance between the hot and cold sides is greatly reduced, the heat transfer coefficient increases, the two sides of the thermal resistance is small, the temperature difference is small.

(4) Because the cross-sectional area of heat transfer between the hot and cold sides of the casing-type heat pipe heat exchanger is greatly increased, the heat load per unit area on both sides can be very large; there is no traditional gravity heat pipe sonic limit, carrying limit, no capillary limit and boiling limit.
