Sanitary Plate Heat Exchanger, built for water heat exchange, or food grade water heating, belongs to one type of Plate And Frame Heat Exchanger.

Cold water is heated to requested temperature, say 50-60C, by introducing steam or hot water as the heat source into the exchanger. After that, it will be functioning as domestic hot water supply.

Desirable scenario is of wide application. For example, waste heat recovery for furnace, dormitory/hotel hot water supply by factory waste heat, etc.
