In those days, we combine a Brazed plate heat exchanger with a Plate And Frame Heat Exchanger, so our strong power heat exchanger can first use steam to heat the juice, and then run through the juice with cold water. But now with one plate heat exchanger, we can witness a three stages of heat exchanging.
1.Preheating of cold juice(28C-53C)
2.Warming up of juice from 53C to 86C by steam to kill harmful bacteria
3.Cooling down of juice from 61C to 4C by using chilled water to maintain flavor
