JIEMA Plate Type Heat Exchanger for Beverage and Milk Pasteurization finds itself of great use while being applied to the Pasteurization method of heating beverage. It is most suitable for mainstream pasteurization including LTLT, HTST, and UHT as well.
LTLT, aka batch pasteurization or low temperature long time pasteurization, heats the milk to 62-65℃ with its duration of 30min or so and has proved a big seller among milk plants.
HTST, abbreviation of high temperature short time, has flash pasteurization as its synonym as it increases the temperature of the milk to 75-90℃ all in a sudden, or to say 15-16s. Comparatively, the latter consumes more power and has more restrictions regarding the parameters of gasketed heat exchangers such as materials and design temperature. However, it also performs under great efficiency and fulfills better results in terms of sterilization.
