Company Details
Pretreatment: Including adjusting the pH value, removing suspended solids and sediments, etc., for better subsequent treatment.
Neutralization treatment: For acidic wastewater, neutralizing agents like sodium hydroxide or lime are often used.
Sedimentation and filtration: To remove suspended solids and sediments in the treated wastewater.
JIEMA HEAT EXCHANGER DURING THE TREATMENT-HEAT RECOVERY
For example, in sewage treatment plants, a common method is heat recovery process between the aeration tank and the secondary sedimentation tank. Before entering the secondary sedimentation tank, the wastewater undergoes aerobic treatment in the aeration tank to generate heat. Then through the heat exchanger, the heat in the aeration tank can be recovered and used to preheat the wastewater entering the aeration tank, reducing the total energy consumption.
Our patented sewage treatment heat exchanger treats high-concentration wastewater in urban raw sewage, industrial (chemical) waste, printing and dyeing waste and many more.
