Air To Air Heat Exchanger is classified according to the location and its role:

  1、Flue gas cooler

  Flue gas cooler is arranged after the Air Preheater, before the electric precipitator, or between the precipitator and desulfurization tower, using the boiler exhaust waste heat to heat condensate, circulating water or other working conditions to reduce the exhaust temperature of the Air Heat Exchanger.

  2、Flue gas reheater

 Flue gas reheater is arranged after the desulfurization tower, before the chimney, the use of circulating water in the flue gas cooler to absorb heat or other working conditions to heat the net flue gas after the wet desulfurization device air heat exchanger.

Application show

An enterprise production workshop blending area, using exhaust hood collection for local ventilation, the exhaust hood is set above the pollutants.

The organic waste gas is burned to produce carbon dioxide and water, and the hot organic gas is converted into harmless gas. The hot gas enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the raw gas to preheat the raw gas, and then the heated raw gas is sent to the combustion chamber.

During the whole combustion process, the heat generated by part of the purified gas is recovered by the heat exchanger, which achieves the purpose of waste heat recovery.
